Isaac Kisimba

A social worker and community development practitioner with many years of experience working alongside African, refugee, migrant and culturally diverse communities across NSW. As Founder and CEO of Joining Families Support Services, Isaac has been closely involved in supporting families, young people and newly arrived communities. His background also includes education, community services and advocacy, with a strong focus on helping people feel supported, connected and included.
